Customer Care Analysis

We work together with teams to learn how to positively interact with customers, even when the interactions are challenging. We work on developing  active listening skills to help make customer interactions positive. We want to create a team with empathy, strong emotional intelligence and crisis management skills that can be utilized during all interactions.

The goal is to change the customer outcome and enhance the work experience for employees.

Customer Care Analysis

As part of our customer care analysis, we start with several secret shops to evaluate the teams performance. We develop a plan for implementing effective changes to the current status. We can also perform continue weekly or monthly checks to determine if changes have been implemented across the staff. 

The goal is to alleviate poor customer service and increase sales at the local level.

​TO HELP INCREASE EFFECTIVENES

​The Oak Tree Academy team has attended advocacy trainings with the Federation for Children with Special Needs, Pete and Pam Wright of Wright's Law, IEP Facilitation training with the Department of Education, and continues to attend workshops and webinars .
Additionally, founder and president, Dawn Warburton, holds an associate and bachelor’s degree in psychology, a master’s degree in education from Lesley University and is pursuing her doctorate with Grand Canyon University. We take education and advocacy seriously are constantly pursuing ways to enhance our skills. Education is NeverEnding.
