Disney Disability Access Contacts

Family speaking with theme park guest services about accessibility information
Use the contacts below when you need to ask questions, share an accessibility concern, or follow up about a disability related experience at a Disney park.

For questions about disability access, DAS, or accessibility concerns at Walt Disney World, start with Disney’s Accessibility Services and Guest Services resources.

Walt Disney World Disability Services

Email: [email protected]

Phone: 407 939 5277

Disney directs guests with questions about services for guests with disabilities to its Disability Services team. This is the best starting point for general accessibility questions before or after a Walt Disney World visit.

Disneyland Resort Disability Services

Email: [email protected]

Phone: 714 781 4636

Guests with questions about disability access, DAS, or accessibility services at Disneyland Resort can contact Disney’s Disability Services team for guidance.

Walt Disney World Guest Relations

Guest Relations can help with accessibility information, disability services, ticket questions, and other park concerns.

Phone: 407 824 2222

Guest Relations locations are available throughout Walt Disney World, including the theme parks and Disney Springs.

Disney Corporate Guest Services

For broader concerns that are not resolved through park-level accessibility or Guest Relations channels, guests can contact Disney’s corporate guest services team.
This can be appropriate for complaints involving repeated accessibility problems, unresolved service concerns, or issues that need to be escalated beyond an individual park interaction.

Executive Contact Resources

For unresolved concerns that have already gone through standard Guest Relations or Disability Services channels, some guests choose to escalate the issue to Disney leadership or executive offices.
Oak Tree Academy maintains a downloadable contact list with additional Disney executive and leadership contacts that may be useful when a concern has not been resolved through regular channels.

Use the list as a starting point for escalation when standard accessibility and Guest Relations channels have not resolved your concern.
