Customer Care AnalysisWe work together with teams to learn how to positively interact with customers, even when the interactions are challenging. We work on developing active listening skills to help make customer interactions positive. We want to create a team with empathy, strong emotional intelligence and crisis management skills that can be utilized during all interactions.
The goal is to change the customer outcome and enhance the work experience for employees. |
Customer Care AnalysisAs part of our customer care analysis, we start with several secret shops to evaluate the teams performance. We develop a plan for implementing effective changes to the current status. We can also perform continue weekly or monthly checks to determine if changes have been implemented across the staff.
